Bryan has over 39 years of construction experience. Before starting Schoeppner Inc in 1997, Bryan worked as an architectural and structural design, estimating (both conceptual and detailed bid levels) and project management for commercial, hospitality, housing, retail, health care and educational facilities. His role at Schoeppner Inc today include owner-liaison, preparation of estimates, and value engineering, scheduling, subcontract negotiations, and awards along with project administration and cost control.

Growing up in the construction business, working for his father’s construction company from a young age David has been in the industry the majority of his life. He attended Carpentry school at Hennepin Technical College then went on to get a degree in Construction Management from Dunwoody College of Technology. Throughout his career he has worked on many different types of construction projects but he specializes in wood framed multifamily construction. As a Superintendent for the past 10 years and recently moving into a Project Manager role he has worked on over 1,000 units of apartments and has gained vast knowledge of all phases and aspects of the project from building code, pre-construction and buyout to construction and close-out. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with family on the lake and working in his woodshop building custom furniture.

Jim has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry in which the last 12 of those years being in a supervisory role. We are proud to recently add Jim and his construction background to the Schoeppner team. Outside of work Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Whenever he can he also enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and basically anything outdoors.

With a degree in Accounting from Winona State University, Stephanie joined Schoeppner, Inc in 2021 as the business manager and accounting administrator.  She brings over 15 years of experience in payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable.  Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys going to her children’s many activities and spending time at the family cabin in northern Minnesota.

Dan’s experience has varied over his many years in construction. He worked over 36 years as owning his own construction company focusing on home building, townhomes, senior living buildings, hotels, restaurants, and office buildings. After closing his business, he worked the past years as a superintendent and brings many years of experience to Schoeppner Inc. In Dan’s free time, you can find him spending time with his family enjoying the outdoors.

Jeremy’s experience is rather diverse. He has background in civil, landscape, and soil engineers in the development of site, utility, and grading plans for streets, highways, subdivisions, parking lots, and retention ponds. He joined Schoeppner Inc in 2002 and has worn many hats here from Project Estimator, to Site Superintendent, to Project Manager, to Vice President where he controls all day-to-day operations of the Company while still serving as a Senior Project Manager overseeing all construction projects.
